talent2maker

We partnered with the Landkreis Fürth to develop talent2maker—an innovative, interactive web platform that reinvents career orientation for young people aged 14 to 17. Funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Finance and Home Affairs, talent2maker empowers youths to discover their personal strengths and talents while exploring local career and training opportunities.

At the heart of talent2maker is an engaging, gamified experience. Users can explore an interactive training marketplace, filtering professions by their own talents and interests, viewing detailed company profiles, and connecting directly with regional employers. The platform also features a unique career orientation game: via “strength cards,” teens match fictional personas with fitting careers while reflecting on their own abilities. The “job configurator” proposes tailored career suggestions based on individual strengths. Immersive 360° virtual tours offer authentic, behind-the-scenes glimpses into various professions—guided by regional trainees in their workplaces, from orthopaedic workshops to local farms—giving users a first-hand look at daily routines and sector highlights.

Beyond interactivity, talent2maker provides comprehensive resources on applications, training paths, and tips for job interviews, making it a trusted, all-in-one hub for both students and regional businesses. Companies benefit by presenting their training opportunities for free and connecting seamlessly with potential apprentices.

Highlights:

  • Talent-driven training marketplace with direct contact to local companies
  • Gamified career orientation game and personalized “job configurator”
  • 360° video tours produced in regional businesses for real-world insights
  • Extensive information on applications, training, and career guidance
  • Platform for young audiences and local businesses

With talent2maker, we have created a modern, practice-oriented tool empowering the next generation to shape their professional futures and supporting the long-term development of regional talent.
