In collaboration with Hogrefe, we designed and developed the LJI App—a scientifically validated leadership assessment tool based on the Leadership Judgement Indicator, 2nd Edition (LJI-2). Tailored for executives, HR professionals, and leadership coaches, the app measures leadership judgement through structured, real-world business scenarios.
The LJI App stands out for its gamified, card-based format, ensuring an engaging and accessible testing experience. Users respond to 16 situational scenarios, with the system providing in-depth, psychometrically validated feedback and detailed reporting for professionals. Accessibility features, such as adjustable font sizes and text-to-speech, ensure usability for a broad audience.
